lodgers that we represent.
Why do room rates seem to vary so widely?
As a resort community, Ruidoso grows greatly during Ski and Horse Racing
seasons. Other Holidays and Special Events also may see increased lodging rates.

Why are there
minimum night stays during some periods?
Again, as
a resort community Ruidoso expands greatly during peak periods. the
lodgers use minimum night stays to maximize the use of their
facilities to help control the costs to you, the guests.
How far is this from
the Ski Area, Race Track or Casino?
Ruidoso
is a smaller, intimate community. You can get from your hotel, cabin
or lodge to Ski Run Road, the Race Track or Casinos in a matter of
minutes. You can choose to be in the heart of Ruidoso or in a more
secluded area and yet be only minutes to other attractions.
Where is the most
economical place to stay in Ruidoso?
Frequently, the areas wide assortment of vacation cabins, condos or
homes can be the most economical and rewarding accommodations. These
properties are used a fraction of the year by owners and available
to you the year round. One to five bedrooms, private hot tubs, pool
